What you share with us

When you order, you send us your name, phone number, delivery address and the bottles you want, on WhatsApp or by phone. We use these only to confirm, deliver and support your order.

Our rider may ask to see age proof at the door. We check it; we do not keep a copy.

What stays in your browser

There are no accounts on this website. Your cart, the name and address you type into it, and your confirmation that you are of legal drinking age are saved in your own browser so they are there next time. They are not sent to us until you choose to send your order on WhatsApp. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, which products are looked at or added to the cart, and when an order is sent on WhatsApp. This helps us improve the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address and device information under Google’s own privacy policy.

Nothing you type into the cart (your name, address or note) is sent to Google Analytics.

WhatsApp and phone

Orders placed on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy. We keep order messages only as long as we need them for the order, our records and the law.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people who deliver your order, and where the law or a lawful authority (for example, the excise department) requires it.
