Terms & Conditions

Who can order

This website is for adults aged 21 years or above. We sell and deliver only to adults of legal drinking age, and only where the law allows.

Our rider will ask to see valid photo ID at the door and will not hand over an order without it. We do not deliver to anyone who appears to be under age or intoxicated, and we may refuse any order on these grounds.

How ordering works

You choose bottles on this website, or tell us what you want, and send the order on WhatsApp or by phone. An order is a request: it becomes a sale only when we confirm the price, availability and delivery with you.

Stock changes. If something you ordered is not available, we will tell you before delivery and offer an alternative or leave it out.

Prices

Bottles are sold at MRP. Prices on the website are kept up to date, but the price we confirm with you before delivery is the one that applies. Orders above ₹10,000 get 10% off. Delivery is free.

Payment

You pay on delivery, after checking your order. We never ask for an advance or an online payment. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to pay in advance, do not pay, and let us know.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are our aim, not a guarantee, and can change with traffic, weather, dry days and local rules.

Law and excise rules

All sales follow the Rajasthan excise laws and any limits they set on quantities, timings and dry days. We will not supply anything the law does not allow.

The website

We try to keep product names, photos and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen; we will correct them when confirming your order. Product photographs are for illustration, and the bottle delivered may differ slightly in label or packaging.
